Travel Percentage: 1-5%

About the Card Software Solutions Team
FIS's ChargeBack software package (CBK) is a niche product that is used worldwide with customers in 15+ countries. CBK is a Card Management system that ensures the smooth functioning and security of cards, including bank and credit cards. Our CBK team is spread across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. We are a young and dynamic team with a focus on maximizing our entrepreneurial eco-system.

What You'll Be Doing
- As a member of the CBK Chargeback Package implementation team, you will be responsible for providing consulting services and support for the CBK software package.
- Depending on your profile and experience, you will have the opportunity to explore various roles within the team, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the solution we provide to our customers and mastering its flexibility and configurability.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements through business analysis
- Analyze and troubleshoot problems, manage projects, and provide support to customers
- Test our product and provide documentation

What You Bring
- You possess a Master's degree in Commercial Sciences or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- No or little experience needed
- You have strong analytical skills, are well-organized, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel
- Bonus points if you are interested in business analysis and have some familiarity with IT technologies
- You are target-oriented and a team player
