**FINANCE PROFESSIONAL - BILLING ANALYST**

This position is accountable for understanding, maintaining, and improving SAP invoice and billing processes to ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of SAP accounts receivables to therefore expedite maximal cash flow.

The essence of the role is to support the efficiency of the department and other areas by processing credits, debits, cancel/rebillings, outputs, UAT, and matching returns to invoices.

Reconciliation of key data issues to support meeting period and quarter-close requirements

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Assists throughout the entire invoicing process ensuring timely and accurate delivery of billing to customers to secure earliest payment
- Independently analyzes invoices for accuracy, pricing, allowances/discounts, and billing address
- Consults with EDI team daily to resolve invoice discrepancies and expedite issuance of EDI transmissions
- Creates SAP invoices for overage, shortage, transfer, and donation of product. Communicates daily with Remarketing and Specialty teams to push deliveries through to invoice
- Releases documents when adjustments have been made and maintains open communication to affected business users
- Confers with OTC Collections on invoicing issues related to past-due balances to aid in maximizing collection efforts
- Maintain, correct, and improve systems’ processes with a focus on invoice accuracy and reliability
- Provide expertise and input into new systems functional design, user-acceptance testing and implementation for company initiatives/projects
- Recognize and escalate issues identified as risks or opportunities for business improvement
- Responsible for supporting the execution of relevant projects within assigned area
- Provide key metrics around SLAs

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance/Business-Related field
- Strong English Speaking and comprehension skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office

**Bonus Points**:
Preferred Qualifications Include:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Business-Related and 1 to 2 years of experience
- SAP experience preferred
