**Finance Professional - Finance**As a **Finance Professional**, you will be responsible for performing work activities included in the Invoice to Cash (ITC) process for the Kellogg organization. In support of the Global Business Services strategic objectives. More specifically, this role is accountable for accurately receiving, reviewing, documenting, and coding deductions for Invoice to Cash (ITC)**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Serving as ITC point of contact for assigned customers and sales teams.- Communicating proactively with Customers to ensure documentation submission is within policy and expectation.- Facilitating ITC problem resolution through risk assessment and escalation- Maintain a constant focus on achieving and surpassing established metrics: Process timing, tracking of completed and pending claims, and accuracy of claims- Proactively partner with internal and external customers to identify trends and resolve ITC issues**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**As well as a hunger to learn and succeed Finance, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:**Required Skills**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting/Business-Related and 1 to 3 years of experience- Previous experience in Accounting and Finance positions.- Capable of maintaining English Business conversations- Preferred knowledge of Kellogg or other service center processes and procedures- Customer relationship management experience- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point.- Strong teamwork skills.- Strong communication skills and be detail-oriented.- Customer service oriented.**WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?**- Extended working hours may sometimes be required.- Kellogg Company does not require any payment during the Recruiting process.Kellogg Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer who strives to provide an inclusive work environment that involves everyone and embraces the diverse talent of its people.LET’S CREATE THE FUTURE OF FOODKellogg Recruitment
