**Job Summary**:
As Market Operations (MO) Business Controller at Tetra Pak, you will use your finance and analytical skills to support business partners within Services function that cover every aspect of our customers' food production, from daily routines to business insights.
You will follow-up on execution of projects, sales, reporting of financial results and perform related analysis. You will work primarily for Mexican Market.
The position is based in Polanco, Mexico City, reporting to the Finance Director Mexico.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
**What you will do**:
As Market Operations Business Controller you will:
- Be responsible for the compilation of data, analysis & structure of the information used by the service sales team and finance director
- Interpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses, and revenues and make recommendations to service director.
- Perform variance analysis (Sales, cost, margin) at a detailed level (e.g., Category, Product, Customer, etc.) and drive or recommend corrective actions where needed.
- Perform Business case follow up (actual vs. initial assumptions, benefit realization) on investments and other business cases.
- Support the quarterly forecasting process and annual financial budget
- Support the development of new tools/procedures and ensure implementation for own area.
- Conduct and document complex financial analysis projects.
- Ad hoc projects (e.g. Price Harmonization, Price Simulations, etc.)
- Support internal/external audits
- Ensure policies, procedures and guidelines related to own scope are followed and report non-compliant issues to finance director.
**We believe you have**:
- 8 to 10 years of Business Control experience, accounting, financial reporting, process knowledge and product knowledge.
- Expertise in Stakeholder management.
- Advanced English proficiency
- University degree in Accounting or Finance and desirable MA, MBA or equivalent
- Excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of SAP
