**On-site event coordinator**

**Role**:
The On-site event coordinator will work with leadership to make sure the company’s mission, vision, and overallobjectives are represented and supported. Expectations include the ability to coordinate projects and to make critical decisionsensuring the successful execution of exhibits while subscribing to the company's vision and ensuring complete client satisfaction.The On-site Supervisor will have general knowledge of all show areas and specific knowledge of details related to the operationalaspects.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Point of contact between sales and operations.
- Regular communication and collaboration with IGE warehouse and fabrication studio
- Assemble exhibits
- Outbound exhibits
- Pack exhibits
- Act as project coordinator - Attend production meetings
- Onsite supervision. - Travel required +50% of the time; 80% US travel; 20% international travel - Travel to shows and supervise installation and dismantling of exhibits
- Other project coordination tasks as required. - Training period: 6 months

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in the expositions, events, and or trade show industry
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English - Professional - Strong computer skills. - Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, and Word. - Exceptional written and oral communications skills
- Good grammar skills
- Able to read blueprints

**Education**:
**Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience**

**Willingness to travel**

**Valid passport and visa**

**Salary 25,000 to 27,000 MXN**
