**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you’ll make an impact by:

- Leading the launch of new or improved Products, Technologies, and/or Processes with potentially significant impact on the extended Value Chain of the Product in the medium and long term.

- Translating customer and business requirements into operational execution

- Designing processes and implementing/qualifying equipment in compliance with EHS standards

- Providing direct support for New Product qualifications and/or improvements

- Identifying waste and implementing improvements in EHS, quality, cost, and service impacts

- Participating in Extended Value Stream project planning—from supplier to customer

- Managing BOMs and unit costs for projects, considering Product Standards

**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Completed Engineering degree and at least 4 years of experience related to the role, or experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Processes, and Maintenance

- Strong knowledge of Statistics tools

- Understanding of Product and Process

- Value Chain Management

- Fluent in English

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Master’s degree in any engineering field from an accredited institution is a plus

- 5 years of experience in the industry

- Experience in the Drinking Water Industry

- Experience with good manufacturing practices (GMP) manufacturing and process validation

**Work location**:Onsite [Kalos Guadalupe]

**Travel**:May include occasional business travel to the United States
