**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**

**Related to Non S&C population**:

- ** Create SO, record learning and close SO for all Non S&C training sessions**
- ** Receive completed templates from HRBP & loads to Staging & Production**
- ** Complete audits for plant training record**
- ** Training of new plant HRBPs and LMS Administrators**
- ** Managing the creation of new LMS items for plants**
- ** Governance for non-S&C learning records**

**Related to S&C population**:

- ** Ensure LMS is updated and complete to support planning, completion tracking and reporting (eg: Create and maintain SO, close sessions)**
- ** Support all Learning technologies when they are not correctly programed or in case of issues reported by the Learning Delivery team Complete audits for S&C training record**
- ** Support the Learning Delivery team with tasks performed by the Learning Management System Team in Mumbai**

**Education/ Experience Requirements**
- ** Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, International Relations, Administration or related field**
- ** At least 1-2 years of administrative labor experience**
- ** English: fluent (speaking, reading, writing)**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ** At least 1-2 years of recent experience working as LMS administrator (desirable)**
