Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.**About the role**:As part of the CBS Learning Team, this position is responsible for maintaining LMS records for Non S&C employees in the Americas. The role is also responsible for administrating LMS to support S&C learning delivery for S&C population.**What you will do**:Related to Non S&C population:- Create SO, record learning and close SO for all Non S&C training sessions- Receive completed templates from HRBP & loads to Staging & Production- Complete audits for plant training record- Training of new plant HRBPs and LMS Administrators- Managing the creation of new LMS items for plants- Governance for non-S&C learning recordsRelated to S&C population:- Ensure LMS is updated and complete to support planning, completion tracking and reporting (eg: Create and maintain SO, close sessions)- Support all Learning technologies when they are not correctly programed or in case of issues reported by the Learning Delivery team Complete audits for S&C training record- Support the Learning Delivery team with tasks performed by the Learning Management System Team in Mumbai**What do you need for this position**:- Bachelor education- 2+ years of Administrative labor experience- 1-2 years of recent experience working as LMS administrator (desired)- English: fluent (speaking, reading, writing)**Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion**Achieving our purpose starts with our people — ensuring our workforce represents the people and communities we serve —and creating an environment where our people feel they belong; where we can be our authentic selves, feel treated with respect and have the support of leadership to impact the business in a meaningful way.**Equal Opportunity Employer**Colgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.LI-Hybrid
