What You’ll Do

- Transform raw footage into polished, high-performing ads optimized for scroll-stopping engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and strategy teams to bring campaign concepts to life.
- Stay on top of trends in social media, advertising, and editing styles to keep content fresh and competitive.
- Deliver projects on time in multiple formats optimized for various platforms.
**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience (agency, brand, or direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience highly preferred).
- Proven track record of editing successful ads for paid media campaigns.
- Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and persuasive editing techniques.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, conversions, hook & hold rates for retention measurement) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing ads and marketing-driven content is required
