Product Stewardship Gbs

A coordinator/leader position located in a GBS site linked with corporate responsibility. Scope of support: EMEA & Global (depending on the process group). May lead employee Numbers managed will vary but generally will be 5 or less. Implement procedures to assure awareness and compliance with EH&S and PS requirements of the organization concerning supported processes. Provide leadership and transactional guidance to department personnel to ensure health standards promulgated by regulatory authorities are being enforced. Contribute to the maintenance and improvements to the EHS & Product Stewardship Management System and processes. Responsible for process and system issue discovery, resolution and reporting, and data clean-up tied to issue resolution. Report Indicators. You will involve spotting and managing data development or compliance challenges in the organization, providing suggestions, and working with EH&S corporate functions and Product Stewardship Operations to deploy possible solutions and further enhancements. You will work #LI-Onsite in our site in Queretaro. You will report to the GBS Director. **Main Responsibilities** - Manage, organizing, and supervising work of newly hired operational team. Carrying out presentations, working with spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and running or participating in strategic and operational meetings Acting as primary contact for operational questions and escalations (including new projects) Maintaining with partners (Team members, Corporate EHS & PS functions) Striving for, proposing solutions to improve daily activities at the workplace. Development, measurement, and reporting of project steps/operations. Develop, recommend, and implement cost-saving programs. **Qualifications** - _ IT and database skills_: Familiarity with databases and IT systems and how they work in relevant responsibilities. - Bachelor’s degree in EHS field, chemistry, engineering, or related science with - 2 or more years of relevant experience or advanced degree in EHS field, chemistry, engineering, or related science with less than 3 years of experience. - Business/Corporate partners to understand their customer experiences and use those interactions to prioritize and develop projects and daily opportunities to deliver improvements. - Oversee ongoing projects representing GBS Team. - Develop capacity plan for respective area to determine throughput for resourcing and establish and measure Indicators for team performance. Define data quality Indicators and metrics for team members related to data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and.
