**We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Team Leader de Cash**:
**Main challenges**
- Monitoreo diario con el Proveedor para asegurar la atención de servicios de efectivo en ATMs remotos.
- Garantizar la disponibilidad del servicio de efectivo en los ATMs acorde al SLA definido.
- Validación diaria de ATMs sin efectivo.
- Generación de planeación de efectivo para dotar ATMs.
- Notificaciones y seguimiento con los Proveedores de servicio de efectivo.
- Identificación y análisis de desviaciones en el proceso.
- Atender reuniones programadas por su jefe inmediato para revisar temas relevantes de la operación e indicadores de desempeño.
- Participar en las dinámicas de integración propuestas por el personal de la Gerencia.

Requirements

- Lic. áreas económico administrativas (titulada)
- Inglés avanzado
