**Role Overview**:
The Warranty Engineer Supervisor leads the warranty system for assigned products and sites in an organized, timely, and well documented manner to meet the expectations of internal and external customers which will improve quality and lower costs. They will implement a pro-active approach to warranty and drive continuous improvement in the warranty system. They will escalate issues as needed and comply with quality system and documentation requirements. All while working as part of cross functional teams often including customers.**Skills**:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Engineering Degree

3-5 Years experience on warranty/quality related

Background in automotive with manufacturing, quality or product engineering.

IT/Computer “proficient” to navigate varied complex customer systems.

Microsoft Excel expertise required for data handling, graphs, analysis, and presentations with the ability to draw conclusions from the analysis.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent teamwork with the ability to work globally

Self-motivated and Results oriented

Competent with the 7 basic quality tools.

Ability to develop, update, and work with FMEAs

Problem solving skills and tools

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications including GD&T

Warranty metrics and reporting
