As a MARKETING EXCELLENCE ADVISOR, you will be responsible for evaluations, analysis and support to our concessionaires

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow up on the results of the Mystery Shopper process.
- Generate initiatives to improve the indicators of the area.
- Analyze information to strengthen sales service.
- Improve the development of concessionaires by Branding and Role playing.
- Give solution and follow-up to the comments of our clients.
- Carry out area analysis, present a direct report to our dealers and, where appropriate, train our dealer's team.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in administration or engineering.
- +1 year of confirmed experience in process evaluation and analysis.
- Desirable intermediate-advanced English Level.
- Desirable intermediate level of Microsoft Office Package.
- Travel Availability within the Mexican Republic.
- High proficiency in skills such as sense of urgency, proactivity, creativity and assertive communication
