**Management Systems Analyst**:
**About the Role**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Capacita al personal en la elaboración de documentos, así como en el uso del Sistema Global Management System (GMS).
- Da mantenimiento a la plataforma a través de la obsolescencia y control de versiones de los documentos.
- Revisa el cumplimiento de los documentos a los estándares de control definidos previos a la aprobación de estos.
- Da seguimiento al cierre de condiciones inseguras y NM de Calidad.
- Verifica que en planta se tenga acceso a GMS y atiende dudas de los usuarios.
- Da seguimiento a la actualización de Diagramas de Proceso, Análisis de Riesgos e Indicadores de proceso.
- Mantiene la accesibilidad y la autorización de los usuarios al sistema de documentación.
- Da soporte en la gestión de auditorías internas y externas al Jefe de calidad y Gerente de calidad.
- Participa en las juntas de seguridad SOM, realiza la verificación de condiciones y comportamientos inseguros
- Da soporte al sistema de Quejas mediante la entrega de muestras, cierre de quejas en SAP, alta de Quejas y organización de carpetas.
- Gestiona el Control de Documentos desde el ciclo de creación hasta obsolescencia.
- Da capacitación al personal de nuevo ingreso como parte del proceso de inducción al Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
- Actualiza y mantiene en cumplimiento los procedimientos bajo su responsabilidad.
- Da soporte al cumplimiento del sistema de Acciones Correctivas y Preventivas, auditorías internas y externas y quejas.
- Gestiona los documentos de origen externo.
- Da cumplimiento a JSA y JSP.
- Coordina el envío de comunicados del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
- Cumple y hacer cumplir las normas, procedimientos y políticas de seguridad y calidad
