Digital Specialist

Visión general:Content management systems administrator and backend analyst. Will manage and handle more than 2 websites and systems and assure the actions on the website are relevant to the business strategy within the company and aligned to the marketing strategy. Generate digital strategies and liaise with social media marketing managers locally to drive traffic and generate sales in the platform. This is a role focused in business goals and conversion to realistic KPIs. Must understand how to analyze and generate P&L reports, and make decisions in terms of content, budgeting. Ideally have a marketing and advertising background. Must be digital Savvy and comprehend the workflow between CMS systems, CRM systems and Omni channel marketing tools.**Responsabilidades**:- Generate and execute monthly strategies with realistic KPIs and work towards the implementation of modern delivery and ecommerce systems with the ecommerce leader.- Understand the business relationship with retailers and assure the contents on their websites and the digital spend with them is aligned to business requirements and more importantly to brand and marketing needs.- Understand the importance of long term relationships in business with partners and be willing and able to operate in a fast paced environment and a horizontal structure.- Constantly measure and evaluate results of digital investment in the specific projects managed and keep up to date reports in synergy with our business intelligence teams- Simplify processes with the use of technologies and task management software- Guarantee B-B and B-C success relationship between our digital team, customers and partners by keeping up a constant and diligent communication, which should become a tailored communication through mailing, user education trainings, periodic meetings, digital content and other engagement techniques.Requisitios:- University degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration. Grades A+ will be considered first.- 2-5 years of experience preferable, with a focus on web optimization, website building and online engagement with specific target groups.- Easy to talk to, preferably speaks Spanish, and English -bilingual-.- Has proven business experience and results in online marketing- Task management, priorisation and follow up skills.- Experience working in advertising agency as an account manager is a plus- Self-directed and results oriented with a track record of improving
