Descripción y detalle de las actividades

  • Disponer y distribuir al personal a cargo de la línea para cumplir con el plan de producción y de acuerdo con el tipo de materia prima y producto, así como al sistema de gestión de calidad y buenas prácticas de manufactura.
  • Realiza y/o asegura el llenado de formatos.
  • Proporciona Soporte al Supervisor del área en la traducción de Instrucciones al personal operativo. (De Ingles a español)
  • Recibe instrucciones y las especificaciones del trabajo a través del Supervisor y las transmite a los trabajadores dentro de una línea o grupo específico.
  • Motiva y ayuda a los trabajadores a cumplir los estándares de producción.
  • Ayuda al supervisor a resolver problemas de trabajo.
  • Puede Entrenar y ayudar en la Evaluación del Personal de Reciente Ingreso.
  • Mantiene los Procedimientos Estándares de Operación (SOP) de la Función de Producción.
  • Promueve el buen ambiente laboral en la empresa.
  • Promueve y da soporte a los programas relacionados al Sistema de Calidad, Higiene y Seguridad en el trabajo,
  • Reglamento Interior de Trabajo, Valores y 5´s.
  • Otras funciones adicionales al puesto.
  • Responsable de asegurar que se cumplan las buenas Prácticas de Manufactura en sus áreas de trabajo y con su personal a cargo.
  • Responsable de promover y mantener la calidad e inocuidad del producto.
  • Responsable de reportar riesgos o evidencia de productos inseguros a su Supervisor o Gerente designado.

Experiência y requisitos

Administrar al personal a su cargo para arrancar y mantener su(s) línea (s) corriendo eficientemente para cumplir con el plan de producción de manera segura, inocua, con calidad y alta rentabilidad a través de buenas prácticas de

manufactura.

Comunicación efectiva.

Habilidades de trabajo en equipo.
