**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
**SC Finance Manager**:
Led Capex and assets strategy in PMF by:

- Leading the generation of the CapEx Plan different planning cycles: long term, AOP and Forecast scenarios for PMF
- Conducting financial evaluations of all PMF projects to ensure a positive return of our Capital Investments
- Coordinating PMF Capex Comitee and projects approval process, safeguarding the adherence to PEP Capex and fixed assets policies
- Provide financial guidance to PMF teams regarding Capex process and capital investment project evaluation and policies
- Collaborating with Sector in different projects and suggesting creative ways to reduce use of capital through assets light strategies
- Coach GBS dotted report

**Your Impact**

As a **OU Capex Mgr (PMF)** your scope would consist:

- Lead LatAm Capex Dir in delivering the Capital Plan financials
- Lead the integration of the OU Capex plans for the different financial planning cycles (PSP, AOP, forecast)
- Provide financial guidance (business partnership) for Capital investments to OU teams
- Ensure benefits from Capex are achieved according to projects commitments
- Guarantee capital budget execution considering growth needs and cash flow availability.
- Lead the OU capex comitee and coordinate the approval process
- Collaborate with Sector to recommend and drive assets light projects
- Oversee that projects are approved in alignment with existing PepsiCo policies and executed according business case

Qualifications:

- Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration

**Experience**
- Minimum 4 years in Finance organization
- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point
- Language: Spanish / English fluent
- Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers
- Blend of control and planning finance
- Ability to evaluate macro-economic changes and its impact on the business environment
- Proven experience of budget preparation, setting and monitoring and financial forecasting
- Ability to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience
- Team Work and Leadership/Coaching capabilities (Experience managing direct reports)

- Leverage knowledge of core business and trade economics to make informed decisions that result in positive financial outcomes.
- Analyze and anticipate performance trends and external events; provide recommendations to drive business results
- Provide support and tools for capital investment decisions and communication
- Provide timely and accurate information for management reporting; generate insightful and significant business analyses
- Provide finance business perspective in developing Operations projects
- Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity.
