Our mission is to help our customers take control of their energy costs by switching to cheaper, cleaner renewable power with solar energy with no upfront cost and immediate savings and we need your help to do so We are currently hiring a CRM Specialist that can help us refine our workflow to the highest efficiency. We are always looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our mission of providing homeowners the best experience possible on their home improvement projects.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English, fluent.
- 1+ customer service experience
- Excellent Verbal and written skills
- Active listening
- Knowledge in HubSpot and/or slack is a plus.
- Knowledge on MS Office and G Suite

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on clients.
- Confirm appointments.
- Active communication with teams
- Welcome call to Sunwise Experience, to set the contact information, and confirm the contract details.
- After every service that we offer, the agent must follow up on client to know how the entire experience was.
- Look for the entire satisfaction on the client.
- At every moment they have to maintain a continuous and effective communication with the client, and follow this on HubSpot, and making reports of every communication that they have with the client.
- At the end of the project the agent must contact “ONE TREE PLANTED”
