Provide design oversight and supporting technical documentation for transitioning/transitioned products to ensure product availability for on-schedule delivery. Generate prints, publish Bill of Materials (BOM), hold tooling and component design reviews, provide management updates, resolution to PPAPs and deviation requests.

Responsibilities:
Maintains detailed and comprehensive records of all inventive ideas, designs, and engineering changes.
- Execute test plans for design change validations
- Manage BOM updates.
- Leads RCA to determine that products perform in the intended manner per the proper certification standard. (UL / NOM / IEC, etc)
- Execute design improvement and cost reduction projects.
- Following internal engineering change process and involving the support team.
- Considering any possible effect in the product performance and the field implications.
- Using SAP to match the production BOM with the engineering BOM.

**Education**:
Degree: Mechatronic Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electronic Engineer.

**Requirements**:
NX, CREO, Minitab.
- Six Sigma, Project Management, GD&T
- Advanced English
