Descripción y detalle de las actividades - Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the assigned account portfolio thru excellent customer service while consistently striving to exceed results - Ensure fast response time to customer inquiries - Coordinate all customer related inquiries in a fast-paced work style manner (E-mail, Phone, Microsoft Teams, Conference calls, or customer visits to the operation site) - Strong ability to resolve conflicting issues regarding operational constraints and/or order entry, change order commit dates, discrepancies, invoicing/collections, expedites, RMA’s, cost avoidance, associated penalizations, and shipment costs as required. - Elaborates clear presentations or graphs to internal and external customers regarding complex operational situations - Order Entry management (EDI, Web Releases, Sporadic & Contract) orders in an FCST and FIRM horizon - Superb integrity management of data thru the company ERP/MRP system (XA) particularly avoiding errors in order duplication, incorrect pricing, ship to locations, etc. - Ensures compliance with company and department KPI’s - Continuously analyzes customer portfolio data and reports to identify important trends and insights to better support job functions - Generates and monitors customer reports such as demand volumes, backorder, OTD, and expedites - Closely monitors portfolio consumption rates VS annual contracted agreements, and alerts of any potential issue immediately Experiência y requisitos - Professional Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or relevant field - 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar positions such as Sales, Customer, Account manager, Planner/Scheduler, Buyer, Supplier Quality - Fluent in English both oral and written >90% - Exceptional verbal & written communication and presentation skills - High level of emotional intelligence to manage conflicting situations and work under pressure - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time and deliver results - High level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP /MRP systems - Superb service attitude is a must Organización Hutchinson Seal de México, S.A. de C.V.
