Proactively update customers on their order status, address questions or concerns, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.- ** Warranty and Service Management**: Handle warranty inquiries and manage repair processes, working with US-based service providers, factory technicians, and materials coordinators.
Track each warranty case from start to finish, ensuring all steps are documented and completed according to company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.- ** Document Management**: Prepare, organize, accuracy, and completeness of client-related documentation, including sales invoices and DMV registration papers. Ensure these documents are prepared in advance, reviewed for accuracy, and stored in accessible formats.- Sales and Marketing Support_- ** Sales Assistance**: Support the sales team by responding to complex technical questions from prospective clients, assisting with product specifications, and helping clients understand our products' construction and quality standards.- ** Factory Tours**: Conduct personalized factory tours (in-person and virtual) for potential clients, ensuring they leave with a clear understanding of our processes and commitment to quality.- ** Event and Conference Representation**: Represent Clever Tiny Homes at trade shows, public events, and conferences.
