**_RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO_**

Responsable de preparar los kits de producción basados en el plan de producción proporcionado por el equipo de planificación y programación de la producción. Responsable de mantener las ubicaciones del inventario según el plan y de realizar el recuento de ciclos de forma regular.

**_TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES_**

Las responsabilidades pueden incluir, pero no se limitan a:

- Prepara los kits para su expedición a la planta siguiendo la priorización de la planificación de la producción.
- Gestiona el almacenamiento y la colocación del inventario (encargado de la bóveda)
- Notifica al planificador de la producción la escasez de material
- Libera los lotes a la fabricación a través del sistema MRP.
- Realiza el recuento cíclico cuando es necesario.
- Sigue las regulaciones y normas de cumplimiento actuales.
- Realiza otros trabajos según se requiera.
- Asegura el cumplimiento de la política de calidad en todas las actividades.
- Apoya y promueve los objetivos de seguridad e higiene industrial de la planta.
- Apoya los programas de mejora continua como Lean Manufacturing, kaizens, 6S, etc.
- Mantiene informes WIP precisos frente al plan de producción.

EXPERIENCIA Y FORMACIÓN_**
- Empleado de material I
- Se requiere un mínimo de diploma de bachillerato o equivalente.
- De 0 a 2 años de experiência en campos relacionados

**_CONOCIMIENTOS, APTITUDES, HABILIDADES, CERTIFICACIONES/LICENCIAS y AFILIACIONES REQUERIDAS_**
- Buenos conocimientos de informática
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, para interactuar con los departamentos de fabricación, ingeniería, gestión de materiales, control de calidad, compras, aduanas y todos los demás departamentos, según sea necesario.
- Conocimiento práctico de las aplicaciones y el software de PC (MS Windows, Excel, etc.)
- Buenos conocimientos básicos de matemáticas
- Conocimiento del concepto de sistemas ERP (MRP)
- Experiência administrativa previa deseadaExperiência previa en fabricación deseada
- Habilidades básicas de escritura y lectura en inglés preferidas
