Accountable to maintain the inventory locations as per the plan and to perform cycle count on a regular basis.**You will be responsible for**:- Prepares kits for issue to the floor following production planning prioritization.- Manages inventory storage and placement (vault attendant).- Notifies Production Planner of material shortages.- Release batches to manufacturing through MRP System.- Cycle count when needed.- Follow current compliance regulations and standards.- Perform other jobs as required.- Ensure compliance to the quality policy in all activities.- Support and promote the safety and industrial hygiene objectives of the plant.- Support continuous improvement programs such Lean Manufacturing, kaizens, 6S, etc.- Maintain accurate WIP reports vs. Production plan.**Qualifications**:- Strong computer skills- Good communication skills, to interface with manufacturing, engineering, materials management, quality control, purchasing, customs and all other departments as needed.- Good basic math skills.- Knowledge of ERP Systems concept (MRP).- Previous clerical experience desired.- Previous manufacturing experience desired.- Basic English writing and reading skills preferred.
