**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

**Functions**:

- Act as a communication link between customers and the organization.
- Provide follow-up and attention to customer needs.
- Search for solutions and anticipation of customer and area needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments.

**Requirements**:

- CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH (ESSENTIAL).
- Management of ERP systems (desirable).
- Computer equipment and Office programming skills.

**Working hours**:

- Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

**Work area**: Parque Industrial Querétaro, second section.
