**Facilities Sr Analyst**
- Funciones:

- Gestionar proyectos de pintura y patchwork.
- Reparaciones importantes de elementos arquitectónicos, armarios, puertas y ventanas.
- Dirigir la instalación de estanterías, soportes para tanques, toalleros, percheros y diversos artículos.
- Punto de contacto para todos los clientes de primera línea en diversas solicitudes.
- Coordinar con el personal de oficios las tareas de mantenimiento, tanto correctivas como preventivas.
- Aplicar conocimientos generales de principios, técnicas y procedimientos estándar para realizar las tareas asignadas y resolver problemas rutinarios.
- Conocimiento amplio de la disciplina laboral propia y conocimientos de diversas disciplinas dentro de la función.
- Liderar con el ejemplo y modelar comportamientos coherentes con los valores de CBRE RISE. Posibilidad de convencer para llegar a un acuerdo.
- Impactar la calidad de su propio trabajo y la del resto del equipo.Trabajar principalmente dentro de procedimientos y prácticas estandarizados para alcanzar objetivos y cumplir plazos.- Requisitos:

- Escolaridad: licenciatura
- Rolando Turnos Mixtos
- Experiência: de 2 a 3 años de experiência en instalaciones similares
- Uso de paquetería office.
