**We're seeking ambitious and driven recent graduates with a passion for making a global impact. If you're eager to launch your career with a world leader and possess the following qualities, we encourage you to apply**:

- ** Preferably a Master’s degree in Engineering disciplines (e.g. Chemical, Mechanical, Process, Sustainable Energy) or a related field.**
- ** Less than 2 years of professional experience**
- ** Fluency in English and local language proficiency required.**
- ** Global mindset, a proactive approach to learning, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical/problem-solving abilities to thrive in diverse teams**

**Bonus points if you’ve**:

- **Held leadership roles in extracurriculars (e.g., student associations).**
- ** Studied or volunteered abroad—cross-cultural experience is a big plus.**
