Distribute TC Energy / GSP JMP procedures- Liaise with all travelers before their arrival to ensure that all group security travel requirements have been fulfilled.- Coordinate, every aspect of travel arrangement for staff, executives and people working on behalf of TC Energy.- Be flexible with working hours and ensure availability 24hrs a day- Maintain a day-to-day working relationship with project management and be accountable to the Security Lead and Security Advisors for all travel security matters.- Distribute updated travel guidelines for Tampico, Tuxpan, Coatzacoalcos and Dos Bocas of TC Energy operations.- Maintain an updated register of the national and international travel information from visitors and TC Energy / GSP personnel.- Oversee all project related travel management; this includes the monitoring of employees and visitors throughout SGP project, ensuring compliance with project and group security requirements.- Maintain strong communications with TC Energy travel security specialist.- Arrange the corresponding transportation for each expatriate visitors arriving to Tampico / Tuxpan; this includes transportation from Airport - hotel - office & viceversa.- Translate documents English-Spanish- Elaborate People on duty (POD) People or Board (POB) reports of TC Energy / GSP personnel and people working on behalf of TC Energy.- Generate a monthly statistic of the realized visits to the areas of TC Energy operations.- Compile in a single database the security incidents reports and relevant news of security gaps that occur in the city and its surroundings.- Identify and plot the security incidents events at Google Earth program.- Maintain the TC Energy / GSP personnel data base updated- Provide weekly reports for the violations on the Journey Management Plan, Travel Restrictions and Curfews,- Delegated responsibility from Security Lead & Security Advisors to manage all project specific travel matters- Excellent communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to meet schedules and objectives.- Knowledge of the TransCanada travel processes.- Persuasive with good interpersonal skills and presence.- Foreign language skills an advantage.- Strong multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to prioritize.- Computer literate.- Excellent written and verbal English.- Understanding of commercial and contractual issues.- Qualifications/Experience:
- Graduate- An 80% minimum of English level.- 4 years’ experience in administration (not mandatory) and expeerience in travel management
