Job Description

**Work location, Hermosillo, Sonora.**:**SUMMARY**:
Responsible for customer facing sales leadership, profitable growth, development and expansion of the Mining End Users customers. Properly implementation of Rockwell Automation regional and global sales strategies and initiatives. Management of the relationship with Channels and business partners within the ecosystem of named and assigned customers. Responsible for achieving and exceeding the annual sales target through the maximization of business opportunities at the specified Industry focus accounts.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
**Functional (Sales)**
- Achieve and exceed the MINING End User customers sales goals.
- Responsible for developing and implementing effective account plans and ecosystem maps for all accounts assigned
- Collaborate with channels to increase market penetration, assure sales coverage and provide appropriated customer orders fulfillment
**Business**
- Develop and implement business strategies and sales objectives within the named accounts assigned that are consistent with the regional direction.
- Effectively manage own expense budget for travel.
- Maintain awareness of competitive strategies and activities, and market trends as well as their impact on local business for Rockwell Automation.
- IOT / IIOT / Annual Recurring Revenue / software / subscription model type of experience, including collaboration with a customer success function
- Demonstrated ability to sell at the senior management & executive levels, focusing on the business outcomes and articulating the tangible economic value that information software solutions & services can deliver
- Demonstrated knowledge on MINING industry drivers & processes.
**Leadership**
- Ensure adequate reporting and ensure proper utilization and maintenance of the sales and customer relationship management tools.
- Ensure adequate account planning according to Rockwell Automation standards.
- Drive performance driven culture by execute on smart goals, track performance regularly, give and receive open & honest feedback.
- Maintain a high level of staff competence, team spirit and well being through continuous evaluation, training and motivation
**Interpersonal**
- Facilitate and promote sales teaming
- Excellent communication to foster an open and inclusive environment
- Demonstrates behavior in accordance with Rockwell Automation values
- Acts with highest integrity in all areas
- Ability to motivate others and him/herself
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **
Bachelor’s degree in: Engineering, Control & Automation, Electronics computer Science, Information Technology or related**:

- **
Experience +5 year in sales for Control & Automation, IOT/IIOT / Annual recurring Revenue /Software /Subscription model type of experience, including collaboration with customer succes function**:

- Prior sales experience in a technology-based. Proven leadership in delivering sustainable and profitable growth through and/or with others.
- Additional education in business administration is a plus.
- Local language plus strong English (verbal and written)
