Project Manager

**Job Overview**:

A Project Manager (PM) is responsible for nurturing the company’s relationship with new and existing clients. The responsibilities of a Project Manager include managing, understanding, and guiding projects into completion. Set follow-up appointments and keep constant communication with clients to provide updates on the progress of their projects. Perform and be proficient in the full range of project management cycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. A Project Manager facilitates internal and external communications regarding the state of projects, ensuring those stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements.

**Working Schedule**: Some days may require more than 8 hours with overtime opportunities. Limited weekend availability may be required. Our standard operating hours are from Monday-Sunday, 9:00 am PST to 6:00 pm PST.

**Rate paid in USD: $ 11.70 per hour**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintains project management standards by providing solution-driven resources.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for accounts.
- Answers clients’ questions and general inquiries.
- Handles client onboarding for complex needs.
- Perform consultative upgrades that align with client goals.
- Execute Key Account Management (KAM).
- Maintains and tracks client relationships in company’s CRM, such as Hubspot.
- Conduct and participate in lead generation and sales.
- Participate in vendor events or pitch presentations.
- Assists with training, mentoring, and coaching team members.
- Enforces company policies and procedures.
- Manages brokerage accounts as a Major Accounts Executive.
- Identifies and determines system improvements.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining
- personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative assistance, or supervisory role required
- Excellent customer service, outreach, communication, and sales skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software fluency
Proficient with Google Workspace and other word processing software
Must have their laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:

- Processor:

- Core i5 or higher
- RAM - 8GB or higher
- Bandwidth Requirements Minimum:

- Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps
- Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps
- A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
