We have an immediate opportunity for a Quality Technician to join our diverse team. The Quality Technician will be responsible for supporting the business unit in KPI's reduction projects, maintaining the system and ISO documents,

This position will provide support to ensure and maintain the quality system as well as assist in its strengthening with a focus on monitoring and continuous improvement activities.
- Position Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Reduction of external SCRAP/ PPMS
- QRQC (problem resolution analysis) follow-up focused on SCRAP/PPMS reduction on production lines
- Develop SCRAP management process for daily maintenance and update of the indicator.
- Ensure correct handling, process and product tracking on production lines.
- Analysis and creation of measurable and palpable quality improvements.
- Tracking of R&S's, MSA's and updating of monthly and weekly data submissions.
- Follow-up of closeout actions with support engineers for 8D, 4-step and QRQC

ISO TS System
- Periodic audits of ISO TS (CP) files and documents.
- Collaboration in the updating of documents
- Maintenance of the calibration plan for gauges and measuring instruments.

Complaint handling time
- Receiving and recording customer complaints
- Performing preliminary analysis of customer complaints and forwarding to the laboratory
- Support root cause analysis

Validation of new samples
- Validation of new samples on production line.
- Verification and release of new parts

Quality control and improvement
- Creation and modification of instructions and rec
