**This position is for a remote job in Mexico for a US based client.**

**Operations Coordinator**

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities and administrative tasks. Some crucial responsibilities include organizing company events, arranging employee training and managing budgets as needed.
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Insightful thinker, capable of solving complex problems

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
- Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, etc.
- Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment
- Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals Lead Client Engagements
- Support HR’s assignments
- Suppliers / Contractors negotiation

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- English Proficiency (B2+)
- 3+ years' Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities

**Salary**: From $30,000.00 per month
