**Job Summary**
- Assure category development /growth with excellence across the 5P´s, and regular business updates to the Group Brand Manager.
- Responsible for building strategic brand growth plans for 1-2 years by identifying the biggest opportunities, and developing a plan to achieve/surpass short & mid-term objectives

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**Fully execute brand growth plans-
P&L management and budget planning & control-
Support Commercial Planning-
Full up / execute promotions, new products launch grid, shopper events & equity campaigns-
Develop talent**Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements**Bachelor degree Business Administration, Industrial Engineers, Marketing-
Experience as Brand Manager or similar positions 2 years- 7-8 years of experience in marketing or similar experience in a commercial area.
- Innovation experience
- Brand Equity experienceEnglish - Advanced-
Google tools advanced management-
Nielsen & Kantar experience-
