RESPONSABILIDADES Y DEBERES:
- Desarrolla a los miembros de su equipo para lograr los indicadores claves. Desarrolla una cultura de trabajo en equipo.
- Toma la responsabilidad de 5s, kaizen y otras actividades de manufactura esbelta. Dirige el cambio hacia la innovación y productividad. Construye una cultura de mejora continua.
- Participa en el establecimiento de las metas de la organización relativas a la mejor utilización del personal, así como a la reducción del costo de la operación. Mide el desempeño de la planta.
- Rastrea todos los indicadores aplicables tomando las decisiones necesarias para lograr los resultados. Publica el desempeño según se require.
- Refuerza las políticas de la compañía, reglas y regulaciones.
- Conduce auditorias internas de acuerdo con las necesidades de la planta.
- Maneja líneas de tiempo para asegurar que los proyectos de su equipo son llevados a cabo en tiempo.
- Se conduce de manera ética y responsable.
EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA:
- Carrera terminada en Ingeniería o equivalente.
- 5 años de experiência en industria manufacturera.
- Conocimiento de manufactura esbelta.
- Conocimiento sobre principios de seguridad y ergonomía.
