**What you'll be doing**:

- ** Functional Specifications**: Gather and analyze functional specifications to design, develop, and customize interfaces, reports, and extensions to support business requirements and align with architectural vision.
- ** Project Coordination**: Coordinate and deliver technical components for projects through the software development life cycle. Validate completeness of estimates, quality, and accuracy of technical designs, as well as build and implementation plans.
- ** Best Practices**: Build and maintain knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- ** Adopt New Technologies**: Identify opportunities for adopting new technologies to meet existing needs and predict future challenges.

**What we are looking for**:

- ** Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 8 years of related experience.
- Or a master's degree in aforementioned fields with 6 years of related experience.
- **
Experience**:

- ** Oracle EBS**: 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 as a techno-functional consultant.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Advanced knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL performance tuning, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), Application Development Framework (ADF), XML Publisher, and Forms & Reports.
- ** Module Expertise**: 5 years of experience in multiple Oracle EBS modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, iReceivables, iExpenses, General Ledger, Order Management, Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory, and additional knowledge of other modules.
- ** Customization**: 5 years of experience developing interfaces, reports, and extensions using Oracle best practice methodology.
- ** Project Implementation**: 5 years of minimum experience supporting/implementing Oracle EBS R12 projects.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- ** Software Engineering Practices**: Strong knowledge of coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- ** B2B Processes**: Understanding of B2B processes, interfaces, and integration of various modules with other EBS modules.
- ** Oracle Process Cloud**: Knowledge of Oracle Process Cloud is an added advantage.
- ** Soft Skills**:

- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Effective at managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.

**Work Arrangement**:

- Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
