**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of Finance.

The role is responsible to ensure accurate information is forecasted, reported, and presented to the local finance leadership team. FP&A is in charge of consolidating all of the financial statements and is in charge of delivering relevant analysis in order to ensure the correct financial strategy for the company. In addition, this role oversees the driving the agenda of all different finance areas, in order to ensure timely and accurate analysis.

**Reports to**:Planning & Treasury Manager

**Reporting Level**:Managerial

**Geographic Scope**:Local

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support End Markets delivering their Profit and Cash Flow targets
- Provide reports of the performance of each End Market
- Reporting Financial Statements
- Cash Flow Management and Forecasting
- Delivery of Financial Assessments to Finance Lead Team
- Find Potential Risk and Opportunities to deliver expected results
- Manage and control of expenses with different stake holders
- Drive financial strategy for current year and the next.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 2 - 6 years’ experience in Finance.
- Finance, Economics or Business Major.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Excel.
- Fluent English: written and speaking. (Advanced)
- Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
- Capable to understand and analyse impacts of business decisions on financial results.
- Have strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Very good communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and able to work with tight deadlines.
- Proactive and willing to continuous development.
- Be an inspiring and engaging individual capable to influence around different areas.
- Be driven and ambitious.

**BENEFICIAL**
- SAP, Powe BI, or BPC proficiency.
- Experience working in FMCGS.
