**_ Responsibilities_**

**_ _**
- **_Receive Customer Payment._**

**_ _**
- **_Download Banking details of cash receipts and/or deposits for manual posting._**

**_ _**
- **_Record AR bank transactions & 'Live' Check management._**

**_ _**
- **_Clear all AR related items from clearing accounts. _**
- **_Identify third party payments / transactions_**

**_ _**
- **_Contact bank to resolve AR issues as required._**

**_ _**

**_ _**
- **_Manual posting ERP- Identify and process payments and remittance received from customers via wire transfer, electronic data interchange, auto post and manual receipts._**

**_ _**
- **_Contact bank/collector for additional remittance detail._**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_ _**
- **_Cash transfer (Internal) & others Non-AR collection._**

**_ _**

**_ Minimum qualifications_**

**_ _**
- **_Accounting knowledge, Title is not required (Understand the nature of the accounts and knowledge of the chart of accounts)._**

**_ _**
- **_Ability to build and maintain effective customer/client relationships._**

**_ _**
- **_ _**_Ability to handle through multiple systems and competing priorities_**

**_ _**
- **_ _**_Ability to collaborate & negotiate with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues_**

**_ _**
- **_Experience with Microsoft Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook_**

**_ _**
- **_Strong verbal and written communication skills._**

**_ _**
- **_Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills_**

**_ _**
- **_Strong problem solving and negotiation skills_**

**_ _**
- **_Ability to work under pressure with solution focused attitude_**

**_ _**
- **_Strong organization & attention to details _**

**_Preferred qualifications_**

- **_Minimum of 2 year of accounts receivables experience_**
