**Key Responsibilities**

Responsible for the Brazil payments review within the P2P GBS team covering:

- Follow up to Fiscal documents with the Brazil Affiliate or local vendors
- Post complementary documents for interest, penalties, or discounts.
- Contact with vendors or/ and business users to respond any doubt about the invoice status
- Contact with vendors in case any fiscal document needs to be clarified
- Follow up and clearing to down payments
- Follow up to workflows approvals and blocked invoices for payment
- Review daily postings for on time payments for Brazil
- Reporting for Brazil operations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration
- Desired Portuguese
- Advanced English
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
- SAP Knowledge
