Join our team as our new Accounting to Reporting Specialist, US/Canada**Mission**:The mission of the PtP LATAM Analyst is to ensure the seamless execution of Purchase to Pay processes across the LATAM region by integrating an additional country into the Regional Center of Excellence (RCoE)Experience in invoice processing, payment proposals, intercompany reconciliation, and aging resolution is essential.The role requires problem-solving, teamwork, time management, and customer orientation as core soft skills.English medium is required, and Portuguese is a plus**Your responsibilities will be**:The PtP LATAM Analyst is responsible for processing and validating invoices, preparing payment proposals, managing intercompany reconciliations, and resolving aging issues across the region.The role includes monitoring KPIs, supporting audits, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely payments and compliance.Additionally, the analyst contributes to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging ERP systems and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency throughout LATAM.
