- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage production operations through direct supervision and by coaching front-line supervisors, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Develop and execute the production schedule, monitor performance, and take action to drive efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve throughput.
- Actively participate on the floor—supporting teams, removing obstacles, and promoting a “lead by example” mindset.
- Analyze and improve production methods and processes to enhance quality and productivity.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of production metrics and results.
- Work cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Planning to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
- Drive the validation and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and resource plans; identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Recommend and implement improvements in layout, equipment utilization, and labor efficiency.

- **Qualifications**:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar production leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Comfortable in a hands-on environment.
- Ability to lead teams through change and drive continuous improvement.
