**Real Estate Operations Manager (Full-Time)****Responsibilities**:- Manage all administrative and transaction activities- Create & manage systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead tracking and follow-up, and overall office administration- Oversee all financial operations, including maintaining profit & loss reports, and managing payments and budgets.- Coordinate the acquisition of office hardware, promotional materials, and other business-oriented supplies- Create & update a business operations manual and all job descriptions/employment contracts for future hires.- Manage the recruiting, hiring, training and ongoing leadership of all future administrative hires.- Oversee the team's CRM, digital platforms, and database growth- Enforce accountability of agents regarding agreed lead generation and sales tasks- Ensure the ongoing tracking of performance KPIs- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative personnel- Manage personnel records, vacation days, and sick days.**Requirements**:- At least 2 years of experience in a management position- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills- Ability to work independently and in a team, focusing on real estate tasks- Managing sales force- Enforce agent and administrative staff accountability.- Positive attitude with a willingness to grow and learn in the field- Bilingual in English and Spanish- Experience with CRM software in a sales platform.**Compensation**:Starting salary $40,000 - $60,000 pesos per month, depending on skills, experience, and performance.Join our team as an Operations Manager and play a vital role in developing and managing real estate operations.
