The Learning Design & Dev Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team. **Responsibilities**: - Assists in developing training programs and learning materials using a variety of learning methodologies designed for classroom, self-directed and web-based delivery mediums; integrating adult learning theory and creativity into all design elements for the creation of an interactive and effective learning experience. - Helps to design and develop appropriate training solutions for assigned projects, based on the outcome of analyzing business needs, performance goals, and audience. - Creates measurement strategy for client solutions to include the overall assessment approach. - Designs and develops of data collection tools and methods to measure the impact of training. - Is responsible for all other duties assigned. **Qualifications**: - 0-2 years experience - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel - Self-motivated and detail oriented **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - Perfil con experiência y orientación al Análisis de Datos. - Expertise en la creación de Dashboard especializados, reportes e indicadores que acompañen el diseño y desarrollo de soluciones adecuadas de capacitación. - Indispensable manejo de Excel avanzado y conocimiento en herramientas BI - Agilidad en el uso de herramientas tecnológicas para la extracción de bases de datos y la generación de informes y materiales que muestren resultados numéricos - Procesamiento y organización de datos - Conocimiento en sistemas de almacenamiento de datos como nubes, SP, I´cloud, etc. - Seguimiento a indicadores de capacitación. - Logística de capacitaciones. - Administración de la plataforma de capacitación. - Comunicación de temas de capacitación Dentro de las cualificaciones: - Actitud proactiva, propositiva y capacidad de análisis orientado a resultados.**Job Family Group**: Human Resources - **Job Family**: Talent, Development, Learning & Diversity - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
