**Job Description**:
Summary

The Engineering Team Lead leads and oversees the group of manufacturing engineers and technicians. You oversee activities related to the design, implementation, and maintenance of work methods, documentation, tools, equipment, layout, productivity projects, capital projects, corrective actions, and multiple activities related to meeting our goals.

You will report to Manufacturing and CI Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic engineer, Mechanical, electrical, Mechatronics, industrial or related.
- 5 years management experience in manufacturing process
- Bilingual (English/Spanish),
- background in continuous improvement methodologies, proven,
- knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Problem Solving
