Grow your career as a **Strategic Account Associate** within AMResorts, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible to ensure competitiveness and implement strategies to maximize revenue of the online travel agents (OTA channels) by supporting the Account Manager for Top Accounts and deploying processes in partner extranets. In this position you will collaborate heavily with the Strategic Account Team, Onward Distribution Support and Distribution Implantation team while acting as the key liaison between hotels and these channels to provide ongoing communication, KPI tracking and training.
**A successful Strategic Account Associate will**:
- Deploy E-Commerce strategies to include successful product delivery and ongoing optimization
- Master complete understanding of designated partner extranets in order to act as the primary point of contact of hotels to answer routine questions
- Execute, and monitor key KPI while provide regular recaps on audits to Management team
- Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a manager.
**A successful Strategic Account Associate will have**:
- Bachelor’s degree or Travel Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in travel preferable in product development or online travel
- Spanish speaking extremely helpful
