Service Desk IT Representative

Tech Mahindra is looking for experienced Service Desk Agents to provide service to a retail company in the USA with over 500K employees to provide support through inbound calls related to issues with their domain, operating system, RAM memory, common Windows issues, VPN connection, Outlook, default Gateways, security cameras, guns, ACMs, etc.
- The service is provided 24/7, you will have to be fully available at the beginning since the schedule will be provided by operations according to your metrics & performance, we work only 5 days a week, you will always have 2 days off.
- You will have a full paid training that will be really short (just a couple of weeks). This is so you can get familiar with the ticketing tools and other tools used by the company, reason why we need you to have all the IT knowledge already.
- At this moment, we are working from home, eventually, and depending on your performance, you will have to assist at the site, however, if you keep up the great work, you might be working from home for a while.
- Due to this situation, we request you to have 50Mbps and we will provide 750mxn monthly in addition to your salary to cover this requirement.
- As for the salary, we offer 107 mxn per worked hour, monthly (if you work your complete 40hrs) you will be receiving 18K before taxes
- We will also provide all law benefits from the first day and private insurance for you and your direct family once you hit the 90 days in operations.
