**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **highly technical Sales Data & BI Analyst** to work hands-on with large sales datasets, build and maintain dashboards, and generate actionable performance insights. This role is focused on **execution and reporting**, not system administration or general operations. You will collaborate with IT and sales leadership to ensure KPIs are monitored, validated, and communicated accurately. Experience with Tableau or Power BI is highly transferable to Domo, our reporting platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Extract, transform, and analyze large sales datasets from SAP and other sources (Shopify, NewOrder) to create reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with IT and sales teams to **design, implement, and maintain dashboards** that reflect key KPIs and trends.
- Pull, validate, and interpret KPIs to ensure alignment with sales incentives and promotion effectiveness.
- Participate in fiscal exercises by preparing and analyzing data to support planning and reporting.
- Proactively create presentations and reports based on insights from data.
- Monitor dashboards for anomalies and update as needed.
- Build pivot tables and Excel models from scratch to support reporting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales data to inform management decisions.

Experiência y requisitos

**Technical Skills**:

- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, large dataset handling).
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI (Domo experience preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems (light training can be provided).
- ** CRM familiarity (preferably Salesforce), focused on performance reporting rather than system administration.**:

- Strong data validation and quality control skills.

**Analytical Capabilities**:

- Identify and interpret KPIs from raw data to inform dashboards and reporting.
- Translate large, complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Proactive in monitoring data trends and dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Soft Skills**:

**Preferred Background**:

- Sales Analyst, Business Analyst (sales/revenue focus), or other technical analytics roles within **CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)**.
- Experience in retail, wholesale, or manufacturing data environments is highly relevant.
