Mexico Technology Production Services Consultant

This position will be responsible for running the day to day operations of the technology platform. Work activities specific to Production Services roles include Problem/Incident Management, Change Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Capacity/Availability Management, Application Monitoring, Service Analytics and Reporting, Production Governance, Triage, Associate Support, Change/Configuration Management, & vendor engagements. Works independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results. Provides the client areas with technology products and service alternatives that improve the support delivery process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Production Support Management for Vendor and Internal Developed Applications (L1 and L2). Vendor liaison for L3 Support.
- Production environment monitoring (Knowledge on ITRS Tool preferable).
- Change & Release Management for the supported Applications in Production and minor environments.
- Change management for Banking releases upgrades and regular Vendor Application upgrades.
- Software Quality Assurance for Mexican Banking releases upgrades (Vendor).
- Local Management Support for Global Patches and Releases.

Core skills and requirements:

- Be fluent in Spanish and English. Interviews will happen in both languages.
- Strong Analytical/Troubleshooting skills (isolate components, priory’s incidents and identify root causes).
- Strong knowledge in ITIL (Certification is a differential).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write concise and clear reports in English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge on SQL databases, being able to manage incident and release management.
- Strong knowledge on Windows (Linux is desirable), being able to manage release management.
- Strong knowledge of Mexico Banking Products.
- Knowledge of Networks is desirable
- Must be a problem solver, work collaboratively and positive attitude facing stressful situations.
- Being familiar with Site Reliability Engineering is a strong differential.
