**Family Description**:
Implements and maintains quality assurance/ quality control protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products. Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements for worldwide distribution. Designs methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products. Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary. May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e. GLP, GMP, ISO, Six Sigma).

**Knowledge and Technical Skills**: Demonstrates technical process/equipment expertise. Suggests alternative solutions to complex issues. Expert in technical leadership or process/ equipment qualification and development methodologies.

**Teamwork, Collaboration and Influence**: Insures that knowledge and information are appropriately communicated. Encourages collaboration by engaging others in problem solving. Collaborates company-wide on cross-functional, cross-divisional teams. Adept at working directly with customer or customer representative to discuss technical matters.

**Initiative**: Works independently, providing leadership for some project elements. Develops and recommends solutions for problems of diverse scope. Creative Thinking and Innovation: Applies diverse experience from multiple projects to solve problems, benefit the project team and/or develop new technical roadmaps. Looks for innovative ways to improve operational methods to align with Maxeon's values.

**Impact and Results Focus**: Delivers results that positively impact productivity and quality of finished work or product. Demonstrates strong understanding of project scope and logic, including economics and relationship to needs of customers.

**Minimum Education and Experience**: B.S. degree in Engineering and 4+ years of related experience or M.S. Degree and 2+ years or Ph.D. and 0+ years OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience.
