**Responsibilities**
- Lead project planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB solutions ensuring they meet project requirements and timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions into existing systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior management to align project goals with organizational strategy and objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in managing projects with ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Display a strong understanding of service management principles and practices.
