Generic Job Description:
He is responsible for efficiently managing the available labor as well as the material resources and equipment of the CNC area, to comply with the production program, taking care of cost, quality, delivery and safety, according to the Company's guidelines; making use of drawings, work orders, materials, specifications, reference plans, surface locations and CNC codes; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

1. Meet and exceed customer expectations in quality and delivery time.

2. Preparation of production reports

3. Monitoring production programs until their conclusion daily

4. Check the filling of first piece sheets

5. Coordinate Material Movements

6. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery.

7. Manage the human and material resources of your area.

9. Implement and maintain the 5's program in the area under your responsibility

10. Supervise the performance of the operators under your charge.

11. Interaction with the Support Departments for the prompt and immediate solution of problems in the Production lines.

12. Ensure compliance with established practices for each of the operations.

13. Comply with all Ecology, Health and Safety requirements.

14. Monitor compliance with the values and principles of the Company in the Lines under their responsibility.

15. Do not exceed the established waste limits.

16. Ensure the existence of energy, services and availability of equipment.

Training: personnel supervision, basic knowledge of Quality systems and

Safety Regulations.

Technical Skills: Interpretation of plans; Measuring instruments, knowledge

Statisticians, Knowledge in Programming and operation of CNC Machines

Experience: 1 year of experience in supervising personnel in precision machining areas.

**Responsabilidades**

1. Conocer, entender, apoyar la Política y los objetivos de Calidad de la Compañía bajo la Norma IATF16949:2016 e ISO9001:2015

2. Conocer y aplicar las instrucciones de su área.

3. Apoyar en el análisis de problemas y acciones correctivas, asegurar el cumplimiento de instrucciones del proceso.

4. Realizar las acciones correctivas pertinentes detectadas por Ingeniería y/o Calidad para eliminar las fallas en el producto y/o procesos.
