DY has been expanding around different countries such as Japan, China, India, USA and Mexico.The site in Mexico is named **DY Mechatronics**. It is so far one of the biggest and most important projects held by the corporation, the reason why we are very excited to work on our new team.**Position**- **Production Supervisor**_**Location**Apodaca, Nuevo León**Role Description****OBJECTIVE**:Optimize, improve and streamline production processes, with a special focus on welding and CNC machining. The main objective of this position is to identify opportunities in production processes, supervise and ensure compliance with the production plan, as well as guide the production team toward achieving the company's KPI and ensure the overall quality of the final product. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to the teams in these areas.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:? Basic knowledge of robot and PLC management.? Experience in working with ISO, environmental and safety standards? Knowledge of painting, welding, CNC machining or automatic assembly processes.? Development of production programs for continuous process improvement? Monitoring of machine performance, identifying any technical problems to request their resolution on time.? Collaboration with the maintenance team to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance of the machinery.? Collaboration with the quality team and cooperate to improve issues detected during production process.? ??Generation of a safe work style, following compliance with the company's safety policies.**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:? Previous experience in a similar role (Production Supervisor), with a focus on the production of precision parts.? Ability to perform machine adjustments and efficiently troubleshoot technical issues.? It is a 3 step process which requires 3 different interviews. The first interview is held by phone call from the HR staff for general information and CV fact check. The second one follows up with a face to face interview in our offices with the participation of the administrative staff as well as the HR team.
